We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Processing Associate to join our team. As a Data Processing Associate, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining large sets of data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, develop data quality standards, and contribute to enhancing data management practices within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain large sets of data, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Communicate effectively via email with internal teams and external partners.
Develop and implement data quality standards and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data management practices.
Maintain and update documentation related to data operations processes.
Draft and post presentations for client board meetings and other related communications.
Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation tasks as needed.
Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis derived from data sets.
Support data-driven decision-making processes across departments.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in data management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Proven experience in data management or related roles.
Strong proficiency in database management systems, Advance Excel and data processing tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Experience in drafting and preparing presentations is a plus.
Experience with documentation and process improvement is a plus.
Knowledge of data privacy and security principles is a plus.
