Excel, CRM systems and AI tools

to speed up operations and improve accuracy.

This is

not a basic data entry role

Role Overview

We are looking for a

smart, detail-oriented Data Operations Executive

who can:

process bulk property data from PDF Books structure information in required format for CRM uploads analyse leads & listings support management with operational insights
This role requires

thinking + execution

, not just typing.

Key Responsibilities

Data Processing & Validation

Process monthly

property magazines / data books Clean, structure and standardise data Prepare CRM-ready Excel sheets for

bulk uploads

Validate data accuracy through

checks & calls

CRM & Reporting

Maintain property & lead data in CRM format Support lead analysis & reporting Identify data gaps & inconsistencies

AI-Assisted Workflows

Use AI tools (ChatGPT, etc.) for: data cleaning formatting summarising large data sets Follow prompt-based workflows (training provided)
Skills Required

Mandatory

Strong Excel / Google Sheets Comfort with large data sets High attention to accuracy Logical thinking ability

Preferred

CRM experience MIS / operations background Prior real estate exposure AI tool familiarity
