Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Data Networking Pre-Sales Engineer to support the sales team by providing technical expertise, solution design, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of networking technologies, solution architecture, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Large project handling experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Sales Support & Solution Design:
1. Work closely with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
2. Design and propose network infrastructure solutions, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and security solutions.
3. Conduct site surveys, network assessments, and proof of concepts (POCs).
4. Assist in preparing RFP/RFI responses and technical documentation.
5. Should act as interface to customers and is responsible to ensure that projects are designed for execution schedule, budget and customer technical specification requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Strong knowledge of networking technologies: Routing, Switching, Firewalls, VPNs, Load Balancers, SD-WAN, MPLS, and WLAN.
Knowledge in VoIP solutions
2. Experience with networking vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Aruba, HPE, or equivalent.
3. Understanding of network security principles, firewalls, and compliance requirements.
4. Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting and solution architecture.
5. Good communication and presentation skills for customer interactions.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
