What you'll do

As a Data Modeller, you'll be responsible for defining, maintaining, and improving data models. You'll support data architects with solutions, and you'll contribute to data quality investigations. You'll also support subject matter experts and data owners in managing content.


As well as this you'll:



Collaborate with business analysts and data management specialists to translate data requirements Take ownership for data modelling and data contract creation Adopt the enterprise data model and standards Identify and mitigate potential data risks

The skills you'll need

We're looking for a someone with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills and experience in data modelling or data architecture. Along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, you'll have knowledge of conceptual, logical, and physical data modelling. You'll also have knowledge of at least one UML or data modelling tool such as ErWin, SparxEA, or ER Studio.


Furthermore, you'll demonstrate:

An understanding of data modelling methodologies including 3NF, Dimensional, Data Vault, Key-Value pair, and NoSQL Document Store An understanding of one or more industry models such as IFW, Teradata, IFW, or BIAN * Knowledge of data product management, data management, metadata management, data lineage management, and data definitions
