We are seeking a skilled Data Modeler to design, implement, and optimize logical and physical data models using dimensional modelling concepts for our Data Lake.

This role involves collaboration with data engineers, ML engineers, business analysts, and product teams to create robust, scalable data frameworks. Candidates should have strong expertise in data modeling methodologies and database technologies, with a passion for translating business requirements into efficient data structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with BAs, product managers, and users to gather requirements and design scalable data solutions

Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models

Evaluate and improve existing data models for performance and integration

Ensure adherence to data governance, quality, and compliance standards

Define naming conventions, data modeling standards, and access policies

Stay updated with emerging tools and techniques in data modeling

Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in data modeling for data warehouse technologies

Hands-on experience with tools like Erwin, SQLDBM, or similar

Strong SQL skills

Experience in the banking domain is a plus
