The MIS Executive will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, generating reports, and ensuring seamless coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Policy Assistance:
Assist customers in understanding and adding policies.
Provide guidance and clarification on policy-related queries.
Technical Error Handling:
Analyze and identify technical errors, escalating them to the appropriate department for resolution.
Pharmaceutical Error Resolution:
Handle medication-related inquiries and concerns.
Provide accurate guidance on medication-related doubts and issues.
Diagnosis Error Management:
Manage location discrepancies and doctor availability issues.
Process reimbursement requests accurately and efficiently.
Dashboard & Reporting:
Develop, update, and maintain weekly dashboards and MIS reports.
Ensure data accuracy and timeliness in all reports.
Microsoft Outlook & Excel Management:
Utilize Microsoft Outlook for effective communication.
Leverage advanced Excel functions for data management and analysis.
Customer Query Handling:
Address customer queries promptly via calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
Ensure timely and accurate responses while maintaining professionalism.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience
in a similar role, preferably within the insurance or healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of
company policies and reporting procedures.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel & Outlook).
Excellent
analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to
multitask and prioritize effectively.
Customer-focused
mindset with a proactive approach to work.
