Job Description

The Lead Generation Executive / SDR will identify, qualify, and nurture potential customers for the company's internet, enterprise connectivity, and related services. This role is critical for creating a strong sales pipeline by researching prospects, initiating conversations, and scheduling meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities



Prospect Research & Database Building

Research target markets (SMEs, corporates, housing societies, ISPs, cable operators, etc.) to identify potential leads. Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems with accurate information.

Lead Generation & Outreach

Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn/social media outreach to generate interest in the company's services. Qualify inbound inquiries, understand customer requirements, and assess fit with company offerings.

Pipeline Development

Schedule meetings, demos, and calls for the Business Development Managers or Sales Executives. Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified prospects to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Collaboration with Sales Team

Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and ensure smooth transition. Provide regular feedback from prospects to help refine offerings and campaigns.

Reporting & Metrics

Track lead generation activities, conversion rates, and pipeline status. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on outreach and qualified leads.

Qualifications & Skills



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.

Skills & Experience:

1-3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or SDR role (telecom/ISP or IT industry preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written & verbal). Comfortable with cold calling, email campaigns, and using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). Knowledge of internet/telecom services or enterprise IT solutions is an added advantage. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



Number of qualified leads generated per week/month. Conversion rate from leads to meetings/demos. Accuracy and completeness of CRM data. Contribution to overall sales pipeline growth.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
