Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Developer to facilitate the migration of data from Oracle databases to Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in database management and ETL processes, with a focus on data integrity, accuracy, and seamless transition.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing Oracle database structures and data. Design and implement effective

data mapping and transformation strategies

. Develop

ETL processes

to extract, transform, and load data from Oracle to Salesforce using industry-standard tools. Ensure

data integrity, accuracy, and consistency

throughout the migration process. Perform

data mapping, transformation, and cleansing

to align with target system requirements. Monitor and troubleshoot migration processes, resolving issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with

business stakeholders, developers, and administrators

to understand data requirements. Document migration procedures, processes, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

. 5+ years of experience in

data migration

or similar roles. Strong proficiency in

Oracle database technologies (SQL, PL/SQL)

. Proven experience in

ETL tools

and data migration processes. Expertise in

data mapping, cleansing, and validation techniques

. Familiarity with

data modeling and schema design

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent

attention to detail

and commitment to data quality. Strong

communication and collaboration skills

. Ability to work

independently

and in a team-oriented environment.
Must-Have Skills

Strong experience in

Oracle PL/SQL

(packages, procedures, performance tuning). Proficiency in

Python

for data handling, transformation, and automation. Hands-on expertise in

PySpark

for distributed data processing. Experience in

Shell scripting

for automation and orchestration.
Good-to-Have Skills

Experience with

ETL tools

(Informatica, Talend, SSIS, or similar). Exposure to

Salesforce data migration

projects. Knowledge of

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, GCP) for data migration. Familiarity with

CI/CD and DevOps practices

in data engineering.
Preferred Qualifications

Certification in

Oracle Database

or related technologies. Familiarity with

Agile project management

methodologies. Knowledge of

data governance and compliance standards

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
