We are currently seeking a Data Migration Program Lead to join our team in Bangalore, Karn\xc4\x81taka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Role overview

We are looking to recruit a Program Manager for SAP Syniti ADM Data Migration to join our SAP Consulting practice. As an integral part of the Global Data migration team, you will work very closely with the client & project team and ensure the successful migration of SAP objects from SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale Data migration and supervise/guide project team members (onsite/offshore) to ensure the delivery is done as per the client\'s requirements
• Rollout of global template to countries in scope which includes local requirement gathering, design, build, test, cutover and go live
• Dual emphasis on business and project management as well as technology (Syniti ADM tool)
• Data Cleansing, Profiling, Harmonization
• Ensuring successful migration of SAP objects from SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA

Key Skills

• Extensive experience in Lead roles (Project/Program Management) in conjunction with SAP Data Cleansing, Profiling, Harmonization and Data Migration, SAP Cutover Planning, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Business Consulting and Program/Project Management roles, and in S/4 HANA Data Migration preferred
• Expertise in Syniti ADM tool
• Proven project successes in the areas of Data Migration using SAP BODS Business Objects Data Services and BackOffice Associates Tools and Methodology, new feature development and enhancements, SAP HANA, SAP Information Steward, SAP Finance, SAP MM / EWM, SAP Plant Maintenance, MDM Master Data Management, Data Analysis, DBA
• Expertise in Cutover Planning, Project Planning, Project Design, Gathering Business and Functional requirements, creating functional specifications, and Use case data flow diagrams
• Motivated self-starter with exceptional team building, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Candidate possesses excellent communication and organization skills with the ability of adapting to new environments quickly

Desirable Skills

• Prior customer-facing roles to ensure client management
• Knowledge of Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industries
• Familiarity with onsite-offshore models and has led a team of offshore and onsite developers
