About The Job:

• This role will ensure a smooth transition of HR and payroll data from SAP ECC6 (on-premise) to the cloud-based SAP SuccessFactors Core with Payroll Control Center (PCC) in a hybrid model.

Essential Job Functions:

• Analyse source data in SAP ECC6 to identify data elements relevant for SuccessFactors Core and PCC
• Assess data quality, identify potential issues like duplicates or inconsistencies, and develop a data cleansing strategy by working closely with the leads
• Collaborate with the project team to define the data migration scope, considering business requirements and technical limitations
• Assist in developing a data migration plan outlining tools and timelines required with BTP lead
• Map relevant employee and payroll data from ECC6 to the corresponding fields in PCC templates

Qualifications:

• Exp: 5-7 Years
• Strong understanding of data migration methodologies (ETL) and best practices
• Experience with SAP data migration tools
