The Data Manager is responsible for collecting, managing, securing, and analyzing data to support business decisions, enhance operational efficiency, and drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Database Creation
Build a comprehensive database from multiple sources, including:
Go portal renewal data
Motor, Health, and Non-Motor insurance data
Paid promotion data
Purchased data from external sources
Consolidate data into a unified pool ensuring:
Proper integration and standardization
Easy access for analysis and reporting
2. Data Allocation
Assign renewal data to Business Development Officers (BDOs) for timely follow-ups.
Allocate purchased data by category (Motor/Health/Non-Motor).
Publish allocation reports to track team performance and business growth.
3. Data Security
Protect data from unauthorized access, breaches, or loss.
Regularly update CRM passwords and limit access to authorized personnel only.
Ensure accurate and fair distribution of renewal data to relevant teams/agents.
Track whether assigned data is being followed up effectively.
Monitor team-wise progress and ensure consistency in performance.
5. CRM Software Management
Train BDOs and Team Leaders on CRM software usage.
Provide access credentials to authorized users.
Resolve system issues and support effective lead tracking and follow-up.
6. Digital Marketing
Create engaging content for digital campaigns.
Regularly update social media platforms and ensure brand consistency.
Manage paid promotions, optimize targeting, and track performance metrics.
Provide daily updates and analyze digital campaign outcomes.
Manage leads generated from online platforms and ensure timely conversion.
7. Business Growth Evaluation
Analyze metrics such as revenue, policy sales, and customer acquisition.
Evaluate staff performance and the impact of training programs.
Identify improvement areas and new growth opportunities.

Qualifications:
Minimum: Plus Two (12th pass)
Experience & Skills:
6 months to 1 year in:
Telecalling
CRM/Data management
Digital marketing
Preferred industry background: Insurance, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services
Strong command of MS Office (especially Excel)
Target-driven mindset and passion for data and marketing
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
