Company Description DhiSigma Systems is a cloud-based IT solution provider based in Kochi. Our products are designed to optimize sales execution and supply chain logistics. We focus on providing Field Force automation, Supply Automation, Field Force optimization, and Supply optimization solutions to improve our clients\' business processes. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Manager. The Data Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining our clients\' data assets. The role is located in Kochi but the candidate must be willing to work remotely when necessary. The Data Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing data management policies, procedures, and workflows. The Data Manager will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data assets while also meeting data quality and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Data Management, Data Analysis, and Data Governance skills Experience with databases, SQL, and data modeling Experience with ETL tools and techniques Experience with data visualization tools and techniques Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
