Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Data & Operations Management Specialist to oversee product data, production workflows, inventory systems, and cross-department coordination within our fashion brand. The ideal candidate must have strong analytical skills, excellent Excel knowledge, and the ability to manage end-to-end production and inventory processes.

This role is central to the company's operations -- connecting Production, Design, Inventory, QC, Dispatch, and Sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

Advanced Excel (Mandatory)

Shopify Admin & POS

MSI (Merchandising System Information)

Basic Power Query (preferred)

Google Sheets

Strong understanding of data structuring

Operational Skills

Experience in production or inventory management (fashion preferred)

Strong coordination & multitasking abilities

Understanding of garment manufacturing flow

Ability to manage high-volume data with accuracy

Strong communication skills

Ability to work independently & under pressure

Experience Required

1-3 years in data management, production coordination, or inventory operations

Experience in the fashion/apparel industry preferred

Salary Range

Based on experience and skill level.
