Collect, validate, and enter data from various sources into company systems (Excel, ERP, CRM, etc.)
Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all databases and records.
Create and manage regular reports, dashboards, and data visualizations as per business requirements.
Assist departments with data extraction, cleaning, and transformation.
Ensure data is organized, stored securely, and accessible to authorized users.
Perform data audits to identify gaps, errors, or inconsistencies and take corrective action.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, HR, etc.) for data needs and process improvements.
Backup, archive, and manage sensitive and historical data securely.
Support data migration and system integration projects when required.
Adhere to data privacy and compliance policies (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.), Google Sheets
Working knowledge of data management systems (CRM, ERP, or custom platforms)
Experience with reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar (optional but preferred)
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage time and prioritize multiple tasks
