What role you will play in our team
Summary Act as Data Management Engineer, to manage activities related with support for Data and Process Modeling tools ER/Studio and Aris, servers on-prem and cloud, and monitoring activities using AppDynamics and Datadog (onprem and cloud) and willing to learn about new technologies for those areas, as example Master Data Management Enterworks and Collibra Data Quality. Also, to automate the process as much as possible. The team is growing and we may receive more technologies to support such as SAP MDG.
What you will do
- Deploy technical upgrade, installation for systems and users
- Require testing and troubleshooting skills to solve system, application and user issues
- Improve performance of the applications when required
- Contact the vendor to solve system or user issue
- Provide technical background and training for the supported tools to customers when required
- Update support and security documentation.
- Learn about and take trainings related to existing and new data management technologies
- Support the organization while applying Agile iterative principles to complete scheduled work
- Apply Data Management principles and techniques deliver solutions to XOM Customers in Business and IT
- Ultimately, move gain the experience required to be a Data Architect
About you
Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in engineering from a recognized university
• Minimum 6 years of experience overall in Data Management
• SQL, Windows Servers, cloud administration on azure and AWS, Infrastructure, Firewall, Security

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience

• SAP, MDM, Data and Process Modeling, API, PowerShell, automation, programming phyton, snowflake
