About this role:





Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Management Analyst



In this role, you will:

Participate in less complex analysis to identify and remediate data quality or integrity issues and to identify and remediate process or control gaps Adhere to data governance standards and procedures Identify data quality metrics and execute data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality Design and monitor data governance, data quality and metadata policies, standards, tools, processes, or procedures to ensure data control and remediation for companywide data management functions Support communications with basic documentation related to requirements, design decisions, issue closure, or remediation updates Support issue remediation by performing medium risk data profiling, data or business analysis, and data mapping as part of root cause or impact analysis Provide support to regulatory analysis and reporting requirements Recommend plans for the development and implementation of initiatives that assess the quality of new data sources Work with business and technology partners or subject matter professionals to document or maintain business or technical metadata about systems, business or data elements, or data-related controls Consult with clients to assess the current state of data quality within area of assigned responsibility


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Strong years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. Experience working with complex datasets using SQL Experience working in Commercial Banking and Lending Data (CBL) Domain at Wells Fargo Regulatory Reporting Experience is a plus - FRY 14, FRY 9C, BASEL, FFIEC, FR 2052a, BSA/AML..etc Analytical skills with high attention to detail, accuracy, and data wrangling Ability to manipulate data from non-normalized or disparate data sources Documentation of the updated logic for regulatory audit needs Ownership & Accountability for Delivery Experience in Commercial Lending Systems Knowledge in 14Q Regulatory Reporting space Experience in SQL - Teradata Good knowledge & experience in Agile Project Management Tools MS Office suite Exposure to Data Visualization Tools like Tableau/Power BI is a plus Good Verbal & Written Communication

Job Expectations:

Must demonstrate strong communication skills including Management Reporting (good with Power Point skills). Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Analysis and reporting in support of regulatory requirements Identify and recommend analysis of data quality or integrity issues Evaluate data quality metrics and data quality audits to benchmark the state of data quality Identify new data sources and develop recommendations for assessing the quality of new data Consult with and provide recommendations to management regarding assessments of the current state of data and metadata quality within area of assigned responsibility Ability & Compatibility to work with US Geography from India Time Zone Ability to work independently and handle large scale deliveries Open to New Ideas & Contribution in Innovation & Automation
