About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Management Analyst for Control Tower Function in Enterprise Data Management team.

In this role, you will:

Perform detailed testing work papers and maintain quality delivery. Perform process walkthroughs, design & performance effectiveness Control testing of BCBS Risk Reports Document issues identified and gain agreement on ownership and management corrective action Provide details updates on the status of testing and summarize testing results at the report level Adhere to data governance standards and procedures. Maintains necessary processes, controls, and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

:2+ Experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the work experience. University degree in Business or related discipline. Experience in Internal Audit, COSO Testing, BCBS Evalution or other control Evalution associated with risk reports. Proficient in Requirements gathering and working with multiple data owners. Good understanding of Data management/Data governance Policy and procedures Good hold on data management processes Experience building strong relationships with senior leadership. Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills.

Job Expectations:

Actively work on complex enterprise-wide programs and collaborates on strategic initiatives for data governance, data quality and metadata activities. Manage and maintain Documentation to support Data Governance and management activities.
