About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Data Management Analyst... In this role, you will: Work as part of the Corporate Functions Domain team to support the execution of controls, inclusive of procedure execution, evidence gathering, research on gaps found, and obtaining final control certification, as needed Assist CF Domain team lead with support for EBCE testing Work as part of the Corporate Function Domain team to support the management of changes to control procedure documentation Facilitate required meetings with delivery teams in Corporate Functions to address gaps or issues found in control execution to resolve prior to certification. Work as part of theCorporate Functions Domain team to support and build documentation on process maps SIPOC, RACI etc. for processes aligned to Corporate Function RAUs. Work as part of the Corporate Functions Domain Team, and support for process documentation related to desktop procedures. Adhere to data governance standards and procedures. Potentially assist the Corporate Functions Business Resiliency Manager with BCP plan support Create and maintain confluence pages for references for Corporate Functions team on the Desktop Procedures Required Qualifications, US: NA Required Qualifications, International: University degree in Business or related discipline. Proficient in Requirements gathering and working with multiple stakeholders. 4+ years of Data Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education 2+ years of experience in documentation and tracking of Controls procedures. 2+ years of experience with creation of confluence site and maintaining the changes. 2+ years of experience with applying and executing, reviewing controls or assurance with business processes 2+ years of relationship management experience with business and technology partners 2+ years of experience coordinating initiatives across multiple stakeholders Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical subject matter experts on system implementations Strong communication written and oral and is not shy to speak out Presentation skills (PPTs or flow charts and Documentation) Hands on person and eager to learn new process and areas Desired Qualifications: Experience presenting status in a manner that informs, and enhances understanding at all levels Experience building strong relationships with senior leadership Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills. Experience working with macros and SharePoint automations. Job Expectations: Lead complex enterprise-wide programs and collaborates on strategic initiatives for data governance, data quality and metadata activities. May act as a relationship manager for a line of business. May design and deliver database architecture / design services, providing sizing and configuration assistance, performing needs assessments, database definition & structure, documentation, long-range requirements, and operational guidelines.
