Overview:

We are looking for an experienced

Data Integration Engineer

with a strong background in designing and implementing complex integrations between

Salesforce

and

ERP systems

. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in API integrations, middleware tools, and data management, ensuring seamless and secure data flow across enterprise platforms. This role requires hands-on technical skills combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, architect, and develop

end-to-end integration solutions

between Salesforce and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).


Lead integration projects from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring

scalable, reliable, and secure data exchange

.


Work with

APIs (REST/SOAP)

,

ETL/middleware tools

(such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or Talend) to implement integration workflows.


Define and implement

data mapping, transformation, and synchronization

strategies between systems.


Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring

data integrity and performance optimization

.


Collaborate closely with

Salesforce developers, ERP teams, and business stakeholders

to align technical solutions with business objectives.


Maintain comprehensive documentation for data flows, interface designs, and integration logic.


Implement best practices in

data governance, security, and compliance

for all integrations.


Mentor junior engineers and contribute to establishing integration standards and reusable frameworks.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree

in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

8+ years

of experience in

data integration, middleware development, or system architecture

, with a focus on

Salesforce-ERP integrations

.


Strong proficiency in

API-based integrations

(REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).


Hands-on experience with

integration or ETL tools

such as

MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica Cloud, or Talend

.


Deep understanding of

Salesforce data model, objects, and integration APIs

.


Familiarity with

ERP data structures

(SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).


Proficient in

data transformation, error handling, and performance tuning

.


Experience with

Apex, SOQL

, and Salesforce Flow integration patterns is a plus.


Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.


Proven ability to work in a

fast-paced, cross-functional environment
