You will work collaboratively with customers, analysts, developers, and implementation team members to deploy, manage, diagnose, debug, design, and prototype SAS and third-party enterprise-class software systems.
You will support the team with training, expertise, mentoring, and best practices related to enterprise application technology, architecture, and support. You will work with global Product R&D, Technical Support, and other CIS teams to drive customer satisfaction and ensure service quality across all

environments.

/ Primary Responsibilities:
As a Systems Developer for the Delivery Services team in SAS's Cloud and Information Services (CIS) division, a person should be responsible for Data Integration Services in our hosted environments.
Should leverage deep technical skillset and knowledge to provide technical leadership, guidance, and support for customer engagements through the implementation of Data Integration Services.
Integrate SAS software with systems and other third-party software
Should work collaboratively with customers, analysts, developers, and implementation team members to deliver world-class SAS service.
Generate documentation for architecture, installation, and ongoing operational support of customer environments
Should partner with Customer Success Manager to work through any technical obstacles the customer may experience.
Should build the foundation for ongoing reliability by defining key performance metrics aligned to the customer's success criteria. Through documentation, automation, and knowledge management, you will enable global teams to respond quickly and efficiently to operational incidents.
Should support the team with training, expertise, mentoring, and best practices related to enterprise application technology, architecture, and support.
Should work with global R&D, Product, Technical Support, and CIS teams to drive customer satisfaction and ensure service quality across all our hosted and remotely managed customer environments.

3+ years of technical experience, including:
+ 2+ years of experience in Enterprise-class software Integrations, installation & configuration.
+ 1+ years of experience in Integration Technologies Implementation, support or consulting.
+ 1+ years of experience with UNIX or Linux supporting SAS or enterprise-class applications.
+ 1+ Years of Experience with implementing integrations with SAS on complex architectures within Cloud and Hosting Technologies (Microsoft Azure (Preferred), AWS, etc...) Working & Expert knowledge of Solutions:
+ Integration of SAS Products with different third-party tools and technologies + Working knowledge of cloud services like Azure, AWS, and GCP, and integrating them with Kubernetes.
+ PowerShell and Unix Shell scripting Linux system administration tasks, including configuration, troubleshooting, and automation.
