• Establish platform specific standards guidelines, checklists, Best Practices for architectural development and compliance, Guidelines on Data Management, develop long term strategies, and roadmaps in adherence to Enterprise standards.
• Own the MarkLogic platform and will be a go to person for problem solving who will spend bandwidth in solving critical problems on MarkLogic and its dependent platforms.
• Work closely with project managers/business teams to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers.
• Responsible for the Architecture continuum across Technology Landscape that includes Infrastructure, Network, Security, Integration, Data, Application, Business and other Technology
• Work with MarkLogic Development and Support teams to identify Continuous Improvement Opportunities and deliver them.
• Collaborate with ML Editor to understand product roadmap, New Features and build strategy on how to increase adoption and generate new use case for platform
• Work closely with Supplier/Partner teams during project execution by providing solution guidelines, best practices, design review, code review
• Implement Technical Governance on use cases or Project delivered by Partners
• Provide hands on Technical Expertise on Architecture, Build and Support related issues
• Implement Best practices to manage Architecture, Design, Build and Support processes
• Responsible for building and managing Technical Knowledge Management for MarkLogic Platform

REQUIRED COMPETENCES: Mandatory: 7+ years relevant experience in MarkLogic NoSQL Database

• Proficient in MarkLogic NoSQL Database; both at Development, Administration and Operational level
• Secure hand between build and run activities for Core Developments and Operational support.
• Good Understanding of MarkLogic Architecture, Data modelling, SOA and NoSQL DB principles.
• MarkLogic Development Experience in JavaScript, XQuery, MarkLogic API, Rest API, Java , SQL , Optic API and SPARQL.
• MarkLogic Administration Experience in Installation/Upgradation of servers, MarkLogic Security, HA, Replication ,Backup/Restore , Failover ,Clusters , Indexation.
• Deep Knowledge of MarkLogic performance/scaling concepts and Performance Tuning best practices.
• Proficient in MarkLogic version (9.x and 10.x) and experience in Data Hub Framework (ML DHF) version (4.x,5.x)
• Must understand MarkLogic Architecture, Data modelling and NoSQL DB principles.
• Experience on MarkLogic performance/scaling concepts and Performance Tuning best practices.
• Experience in using deployment Tools like Gradle and Automation using Shell scripts.
• Experience in data ingestion and data harmonization techinques to load and transform large scale data using Tools MLCP, Corb , DHF Input flow , Harmonization flow.
• Experience in using MarkLogic multi-model database for storing and querying documents in XML, JSON, Semantics, Triples , Graphs.

Desirable:

• Data Integration experience connecting to different applications in the areas of web applications (Node, Angular, HTML5, CSS3) , BI Tools (Qlik , PowerBI)
• Exposure to MarkLogic Administration tasks i.e. Installation/Upgradation of servers, MarkLogic Security, HA, Replication ,Backup/Restore , Failover ,Clusters , Indexation.
• Good to have experience in code management and CI/CD Tools – GITLAB and Jenkins
• Open to work during out of office hours if needed to resolve critical issues to ensure business continuity
