Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across systems.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal teams and management.
Support decision-making by providing data-driven recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations, finance) to address data needs.
Monitor data quality and perform audits to ensure compliance with company standards.
Assist in the development and implementation of data policies and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any stream.
1 year of experience in Data Entry/Executive position.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
Ability to analyze and manipulate large datasets efficiently using Excel formulas and functions.
Experience in creating reports and dashboards that summarize complex data for decision-making.
