:
A Data Entry Executive is responsible for handling and managing company data in a proper and accurate way. The person will be entering data into the computer, checking for mistakes, updating records, and supporting the office team with day-to-day work.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter data into computer systems, spreadsheets, or company software.
Check and verify information for accuracy before saving.
Update existing records whenever changes are needed.
Maintain and organize files, both digital and paper-based.
Generate simple reports and summaries when required.
Ensure the confidentiality and security of all company information.
Support the team with other administrative tasks if needed.
