Job Title: HRIS Analyst
Position Summary
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the global administration, optimization, and support
of the organization's HR technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on ADP,
Salesforce, and Culture Amp. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, and business
stakeholders to ensure system effectiveness, data integrity, and actionable people
insights that support business and talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities
HRIS Administration & System Ownership
? Serve as the primary administrator for HR Systems including ADP Workforce
Now, Clear Company Applicant Tracking System, and Culture Amp
(engagement, performance, and feedback). Utilize Salesforce (HR-related
workflows, integrations, and reporting),
? Configure and maintain system functionality including workflows, fields,
permissions, and user access.
? Manage system upgrades, releases, testing, and vendor coordination.
? Troubleshoot system issues and provide support to HR and business users.
Data Management, Reporting & Analytics
? Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of employee data across ADP,
Salesforce, and Culture Amp.
? Build and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics for
HR and leadership.
? Support compliance and audit reporting, including payroll, benefits, and
employee data audits.
? Maintain documentation for data definitions, system logic, and reporting
standards.
Process Improvement & Integrations
? Analyze HR and people processes to identify opportunities for automation and
system optimization.
? Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to support system
integrations and data flows between ADP, Salesforce, Culture Amp, and other
enterprise systems.
? Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions.
? Support HR technology implementations, enhancements, and continuous
improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement
? Act as a key liaison between HR, IT, system vendors, and business stakeholders.
? Train HR partners and end users on system functionality and best practices.
? Develop and maintain system documentation, job aids, and training materials.
Required Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a
related field.
? 5+ years of experience supporting HRIS or HR technology platforms.
? Hands-on experience administering ADP with preferable experience in
Salesforce, and/or Culture Amp.
? Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret complex datasets.
? Experience creating reports and dashboards for HR and leadership audiences.
? Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
? Experience supporting system integrations, APIs, or data feeds.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per month
