Job Description

We are looking for a

Merchandising Assistant

who can handle

data entry

,

vendor coordination

, and

follow-ups

effectively. The role involves working with Excel, Google Sheets, and maintaining communication with our vendor partners to ensure timely deliveries and updates.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter fabric and order details into Excel/Google Sheets accurately Maintain merchandising trackers and update them daily Coordinate with vendors for order status, deliveries, and documentation Take daily follow-ups to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards Report to senior merchandisers with timely updates Assist in sample tracking, dispatch planning, and production timelines
Skills Required:

Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets Strong follow-up and coordination skills Good communication (written + verbal) Time management and ability to handle multiple tasks Basic knowledge of fabric/garment industry is a plus (not mandatory)
Experience:
1-3 years in data entry and strong follow skill with management, or admin support preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
