Job Responsibilities:
Enter and update accurate data in company databases and ERP systems.
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain records of daily tasks and completed entries.
Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and product listings.
Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and documentation.
Perform basic administrative and clerical support as needed.
Required Skills:
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Computer proficiency is mandatory.
Prior experience in data entry or office work is an advantage but not essential.
