Data Entry :
Enter client details, leads, and follow-up notes into Excel/CRM.
Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and daily reports.
Update service details, client information, and status regularly.
Check data for correctness and avoid errors.
Support the sales and technical team with basic documentation.
Skills Needed:
Good communication skills (English and local language).
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, email, WhatsApp Web).
Fast typing and accuracy in entering data.
Polite attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle multiple tasks (calling + data entry).
Qualification:
Any degree or diploma. Freshers can apply.
