. Ensure timely and accurate communication with internal teams and external clients and other stakeholders to maintain smooth logistics operations and client satisfaction.
Data Entry Operations
. Manage accurate and complete entry of load information into the PortPro system (and other applicable systems), ensure real-time container tracking, and handle pre-gate appointments efficiently.
Data Entry Billing
. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in billing processes and full utilization of all relevant system features to optimize and streamline billing workflows and data entry processes.
Internal Business Process
. Support seamless logistics workflows through accurate and timely updates in internal systems and submission of required reports and invoices.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in drayage operations or other similar work in the USA.
Practical experience using PortPro or other similar TMS.
Excellent communication, mathematical, and problem solving skills.
C2 proficiency in English.
Western European/North American expats are encouraged to apply.
Experience with dispatching software and the Microsoft Office package.
Active, self-organized team player.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early shifts and weekends when needed.
Working conditions:
Full-time remote with Zoom attendance and tracker.
Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pacific Time)
