detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist
with a strong academic background (Post Graduate preferred) to manage and maintain accurate data records. The ideal candidate should be proficient in data management tools, possess excellent typing speed, and demonstrate strong analytical and documentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter, update, and maintain data across multiple systems or databases.
Verify, correct, and clean existing data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports as required.
Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline data management processes.
Support data analysis and basic report preparation tasks when needed.
Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks with high accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
Post Graduate degree (MBA / M.Com / M.Sc / MCA or equivalent).
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or related fields.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Sheets, and basic database management.
Language:
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Skills:
Experience handling bulk data and report generation.
Strong attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
