We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our laboratory team. The Data Entry Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records of test results and client information, contributing to the smooth operation of our analytical processes.

Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and manage data related to food, water, and environmental testing results. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with laboratory protocols. Collaborate with laboratory personnel to verify and validate data entries for completeness and accuracy. Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for clients and regulatory agencies. Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the data management system.

Requirements:

Proven experience in data entry, preferably in a laboratory or scientific setting. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. Proficiency in using data management software and Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of food safety, water quality, or environmental testing procedures is advantageous but not required.
