9M Life Sciences is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible professional to support our sales operations through accurate data entry, reporting, and portal management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with MS Excel and be comfortable handling sales-related data.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate and timely data entry of sales and operational data.
Maintain, update, and manage sales data using
MS Excel
.
Prepare and share sales data reports as and when required by management.
Manage and update the company's internal portal for sales data.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality at all times.
Coordinate with sales and internal teams to collect and verify required data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with
MS Excel
(data entry, basic formulas, formatting).
Basic understanding of data management and reporting.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage internal portals or systems (training will be provided if required).
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience in data entry, sales support, or administrative roles.
Ability to work independently and meet timelines.
