Job Title: Data Entry Specialist (Morning and Night Shift)

Location: - VD Global - Varachha (Surat)

Job Type: Full-time

Shifts Available: - Morning Shift (8:30 am - 6:30 pm) and Night Shift (7:30 pm - 5:30 am)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our Production Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining data related to our production processes. This role requires individuals who are proficient in English, possess strong organizational skills, and have a keen eye for accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inputting, updating, and maintaining production data in our database system

- Performing data verification and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and completeness

- Collaborating with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues with data entry

- Generating reports and summaries as required by management

- Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding data confidentiality and security

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred

- 2 to 3 years of previous experience in data entry or a related field in jewelry or diamonds

- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Familiarity with spreadsheet software and data entry tools

- Knowledge of VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP functions is preferred
