Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, execution, accounts) through regular communication.
Escalate customer issues to the concerned department and ensure timely resolution.Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer and project data in the CRM system.
Record lead details, site information, project capacity, pricing, documentation status, and timelines.
Ensure all customer interactions, calls, emails, and follow-ups are logged in the CRM.
Maintain proper data hygiene, ensuring zero duplication and minimum errors
