Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage Purchase Orders (POs) efficiently
- Follow up with vendors and logistics partners for PODs
- Ensure timely receipt and verification of PODs
- Coordinate with internal teams for PO and POD reconciliation
- Resolve discrepancies and issues related to POs and PODs
- Maintain accurate records and update systems
- Provide support for audits and reporting as needed
Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of PO and logistics processes
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel
