The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurate and timely entry of all showroom-related data--including sales, service, inventory, insurance, and finance details--into DMS/ERP systems. The role supports the smooth functioning of showroom operations through documentation, coordination, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Documentation
Enter customer details, enquiries, booking data, and delivery information into DMS/CRM.
Update daily sales report (DSR), enquiry status, test ride details, and follow-ups.
Record vehicle stock-in, stock-out, invoice data, and RTO information.
Maintain and update service job card entries and service follow-up records.
2. Reporting
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Generate model-wise sales report, aging stock report, enquiry conversion reports.
Share customer follow-up reports with sales team.
3. Customer Coordination
Assist customers with basic information and redirect them to respective departments.
Coordinate with sales executives for pending documentation, RC copy, insurance policy, etc.
Help CRM team with feedback calls and follow-ups when required.
4. Finance & Insurance Support (If Applicable)
Enter finance applications, insurance details, renewal records.
Coordinate with F&I executives for pending documents.
5. General Administration
Maintain files for invoices, delivery notes, stock sheets.
Handle photocopying, scanning, and document organizing.
Support showroom operations with administrative tasks.
