We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Executive to join our growing team at Sakthi Associates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems while ensuring high levels of data integrity and confidentiality.

This role is perfect for freshers or candidates looking to start their career in office administration or financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in company databases and software systems.

Verify data accuracy and correct errors when necessary.

Maintain and manage client records, loan files, and other financial documents.

Assist with daily office operations and report generation.

Handle confidential information securely and professionally.

Coordinate with the finance and loan processing team for data updates.

Skills & Requirements:

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Google Sheets).

Good typing speed and accuracy.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Good communication skills (Tamil & English).

Freshers are welcome! Training will be provided.

Education:

Minimum: 12th pass / Diploma / Any Graduate

Salary:

?10,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
