We are now looking for

Process Engineer

who will based in Bhiwandi, Mumbai and responsible for the Shop floor Management.

Reports To:

The Process engineer will report to the Plant Head.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Process Engineer who can help us to maintain our product process & planning activities. Process responsibilities include Planning and monitoring the manufacturing activities and achieve Customer Satisfaction. He/She is also responsible for part drawing, process drawing & maintaining engineering data in every aspect.

Responsibilities and Duties:

To prepare the job card in ERP system & release for production. To Co-ordinate with Purchase and Stores for Raw Material and help Planning of Inventory for the fast-moving Items. Communicate with customer for drawing clearification & if any production issue. To Maintain the Preventive Maintenance Schedule as well as to monitor the Breakdown Maintenance. To prepare the BOM for different products in ERP system. To maintain the engineering data in system as well as in hard copy. To update & maintain the daily production data in ERP system. To deliver the Quality requirements of the Manufacturing Products. Daily production entry in ERP system

Academic requirements:

Graduate/ Diploma Knowledge of ERP System

Other requirements:

Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Data entry or relevant role Proficiency in English and Hindi Knowledge of MS Office or Google Drive Fair understanding of manufacturing processes Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Age group. Between 20 and 30 years.

Salary Range:

Based on Experience and after Personal Interview

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
