Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets.
Prepare, format, and analyze data using
Microsoft Excel
(VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, charts, etc.).
Assist in maintaining
accounting records
, vouchers, invoices, and financial documents.
Verify and reconcile data with accounting systems.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
Ensure data confidentiality and follow company data management procedures.
Coordinate with the accounts and operations team for data-related requirements.
Identify and correct data inconsistencies or errors.
Support administrative and documentation tasks as needed.
Required Qualifications
Graduate.
Strong knowledge of
Excel
and spreadsheet management.
Basic understanding of
accounting principles

Good typing speed and data accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office tools.
