We are looking for Data entry operator in Purchase Department in one of the largest Real Estate company in Jalandhar, Punjab. Female candidate will be preferred with good knowledge in MS Office, advance formulas of Excel, Good typing speed.
Data Entry Operator in purchase department handle accurate recording and management of procurement-related data, such as vendor invoices, purchase orders, and supplier contracts. This role ensures smooth operations by maintaining organized records that support budgeting, compliance, and inventory tracking in property development or asset acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
Enter purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and payment details into databases or ERP systems like Tally or SAP, verifying accuracy against source documents.?
Follow-up with vendors for material delivery.
Update records for vendor information, material costs, and procurement timelines, flagging discrepancies for purchase managers.?
Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, verify invoices, and resolve discrepancies to maintain project timelines.
Generate reports on spending trends, pending payments, and inventory levels to aid departmental decision-making.
Required Skills
Proficiency in MS Excel for data sorting, VLOOKUP functions, and pivot tables, plus good typing speed with high accuracy.?
Strong attention to detail and knowledge of basic real estate procurement terms like BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and GST compliance.?
Bachelor degree in any field.
Organizational skills to file digital records and ensure data confidentiality.
