Key Responsibilities:
Entering and updating data accurately in digital systems
Typing official documents, reports, and letters in Hindi & English
Performing data entry tasks and updating records in digital formats
Preparing and formatting documents as per company requirements
Maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of information
Assisting in day-to-day office work and clerical tasks
Coordinating with office staff for timely completion of documentation work
Requirements:
Proficient in Hindi & English typing (speed & accuracy required)
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
Responsible, punctual, and organized
Strong communication and time management skills
