Data Entry Operator

to join our

Medical Records Department

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining patient records and health information in our hospital's electronic systems. Freshers are welcome to apply--on-the-job training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter patient information, medical histories, treatment details, and other data into hospital databases and electronic medical records (EMR) systems. Maintain confidentiality and security of patient data at all times, adhering to hospital policies and applicable regulations. Verify and cross-check data to ensure accuracy and completeness. Organize and maintain digital and physical medical records for easy retrieval and reference. Assist in generating reports, summaries, and documentation as required. Perform regular backups and updates to the data systems to ensure data integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum qualification: Any degree Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel). Good typing speed with high accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly. Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting.
