Store ManagerSummaryThe Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and verifying all inventory and store-related data within the company's systems. This role ensures the integrity of stock records, supporting efficient store operations.
Key Responsibilities

Data Entry:

Accurately input data related to material receipts, dispatches, stock transfers, and inventory movements into the store management software (e.g., Advanced MS Excel, etc.).

Data Integrity:

Verify source documents (invoices, dispatch notes) for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors or inconsistencies.

Record Keeping:

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all store documentation.

Reporting:

Generate routine stock reports and summaries for management review.

Collaboration:

Coordinate with procurement, production, and dispatch teams to resolve data discrepancies.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven data entry experience, preferably in a manufacturing or inventory setting. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and database management software. High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills. Ability to handle confidential information and work efficiently.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
