We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient
Data Entry Operator
to join our Admin Department. The candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company data and documentation. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth administrative operations and timely data availability for various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases, spreadsheets, and ERP systems.
Prepare and manage administrative documents such as reports, forms, records, and logs.
Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Retrieve data and generate reports as required by management.
Maintain proper filing (digital & physical) of documents for easy accessibility.
Coordinate with other departments for collecting required information and documents.
Assist in day-to-day admin tasks such as handling emails, documentation, and record management.
Follow confidentiality and data protection guidelines at all times.
Identify and correct data entry errors and inconsistencies.
Support the Admin Manager in routine office administration activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
HSC / Graduate
preferred.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Office Assistant, or similar admin role.
Strong typing speed with high accuracy.
Proficiency in
MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
