Enter, update, and verify data in various systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
Review data for errors, missing information, or discrepancies and make necessary corrections.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity at all times.
Organize and store files, documents, and records in a systematic manner.
Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested by authorized personnel.
Generate regular reports based on data input and provide support to other departments as needed.
Ensure compliance with data entry standards and company policies.
Support administrative tasks such as document scanning, photocopying, or file management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Proven experience as a data entry operator, office clerk, or similar role preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer applications.
Typing speed of at least 30-40 words per minute with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Good communication skills and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
Certification in computer applications (e.g., MS-CIT, DCA).
Experience with ERP systems or data management tools.
