Key Responsibilities:

Manage Outlook email communications, including reading, responding, and flagging important messages.
Follow up with clients, vendors, or team members via phone or email as required.
Maintain organized digital and physical records.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely data processing and communication flow.
Support the team with administrative tasks and scheduling when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry or administrative support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
