Perform data entry of production samples (Tea, Coffee, Soulfull, Organic India) into company systems and spreadsheets.
Verify accuracy of information before inputting (First Time Write principle).
Record comments from sample evaluators and generate reports.
Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval.
Generate reports as required by management and prepare Monthly MIS of sample evaluations.
Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times.
Assist with basic administrative tasks when needed.
Support the team in preparation for tea tasting batches.
Enter collected data into SAP on a daily basis.
Perform data entry in the Salesforce portal for product-related customer complaints.
Handle data entry of legal samples promptly and arrange tea tasting batches within 24 hours of receiving samples.
