Position: Data Entry Operator (Contract)

Location: On-site at Client Site - 31, Race Course Road, Bengaluru - 560001

Duration: 1-3 months (Temporary Contract)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent, fast-typing Data Entry Operator to manually enter invoice and KYC data (from physical copies to digital systems) for ~2,500 entities. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication and follow-up skills, and direct coordination with clients and team members to ensure complete and accurate data collection. The candidate will work on-site in Bengaluru, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities: o Perform manual data entry of invoices and KYC documentation from physical copies into the system. o Call clients to collect missing or incomplete details for approximately 2,500 entities. o Ensure data is accurately captured, complete and verified with client cooperation. o Maintain high data-entry speed and efficiency while ensuring accuracy. o Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to clarify data issues and follow up on pending items. Essential Skills & Attributes: o High data entry speed with accuracy. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills. o Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors or omissions. o Proven ability to follow up persistently and coordinate with clients or stakeholders. o Proficiency in MS Excel for data capture, formatting and basic manipulation. o Comfortable working full-time on-site in Bengaluru for the contract duration.

Pay: ?14,415.32 - ?38,713.09 per month
