About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled

DTP Operator (Desktop Publishing)

to design and format documents, marketing materials, and other print/digital content. This role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and proficiency in design/layout tools to ensure high-quality output that aligns with brand standards. Additionally, the role includes handling

ESIC and PF compliance documentation

and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, format, and layout brochures, catalogs, flyers, reports, and other documents Prepare artwork for print and digital use, ensuring accuracy in fonts, colors, and layout Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to create visually appealing materials Review and correct documents for grammar, style, and design consistency Ensure final files are print-ready and meet technical specifications Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines Maintain an organized library of templates and design files Handle

ESIC and PF compliance

documentation and maintain statutory records

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field 1-3 years of experience as a DTP Operator / Graphic Designer Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and MS Office Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of

basic HR/Statutory compliance (ESIC & PF)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
