You'll be responsible for uploading and maintaining data on our platform, supporting client accounts, and ensuring everything is up to date and accurate.
What You'll Do
Upload and update data on our platform (content, users, assessments, reports, etc.)
Manage and maintain data for multiple client/school accounts
Coordinate with internal teams (content, tech, operations) to get required information
Ensure data is accurate, organised, and updated on time
Maintain simple trackers and records of work done
Flag issues or missing information to the team early
What We're Looking For
Graduate in any discipline
Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
Good attention to detail and organisation skills
Clear communication and follow-up skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks without getting overwhelmed
Willingness to learn and grow in a startup setup
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
Experience with online platforms, dashboards, or admin panels
Prior experience in edtech, operations, or data roles
