Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems with high accuracy.
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before entering.
Retrieve data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Review and correct errors in the data entry process.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Generate reports or summaries as needed.
Maintain proper filing systems--digital or physical.
Communicate with team members or supervisors if discrepancies arise.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate preferred.
Experience:
2-3 years in data entry or administrative support (freshers may apply).
Skills:
Fast and accurate typing (minimum 30-40 WPM)
Excellent attention to detail
Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Familiarity with data entry software or tools (e.g., CRM, ERP, spreadsheets)
Basic organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in a data entry or back-office role
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy
Good written communication skills
Familiarity with online data collection tools or cloud-based systems (preferred)
